How we work with you

We meet all of the candidates that we represent. We want to be sure that we don't waste your time by sending you to the wrong interviews. When we meet you we'll spend an hour or so finding out much more detail about what you've done and what you're looking to do. Then we'll tell you about some specific roles that meet your requirements, we'll run through the roles in detail, answer any questions that you have and let you go away and do your own due dilligence (or you can hop online in our office if you have the time).

When you tell us you are comfortable to move forward, we'll contact the hiring manager at the company directly - we've already met them and know just what they're looking for - to arrange an interview. We will never send your CV anywhere without your permission.

It doesn't stop there though - we recognise that the best sales people might not be the best interviewees - it might be that you only have to do a handful of job interviews in your career - but we organise them every day. So to give you the best chance of success we will meet you immediately before your interview for a preparation session - its our way of giving you a 40% better chance of getting through the interview. We make sure that you understand everything about the company and the role, that you know the right kind of questions to ask, and a bit more besides.
