  As I’m sure you are all aware finding a new job is a stressful process. However, I felt that my experience working with Initiate made this an easier and more pleasurable experience. I worked with several consultants from Initiate, all of them came across in a very professional manner and were all very efficient. Coming from a recruitment background myself, I have a good understanding of how the recruitment process works and consequently acknowledge good service. Often I have found that within one company there are good and bad consultants, and many cowboys. However, every consultant I worked with at Initiate were some of the best I have worked with, they were all very professional, taking time to listen to what I want and advising me to what was suitable.
