How we work with you We meet all of the clients that we represent. We want to be sure that we don't waste your time by sending you the wrong candidates, or that they turn up badly prepared. When we meet you we'll spend up to an hour finding out much more detail about the role you’re looking to fill and about your business. Then we'll most likely tell you about some specific candidates that meet your requirements; we'll run through their profiles in detail - we’ve met them already and know just what they’re looking for - and arrange interviews if appropriate. If the candidates that we’ve brought with us don't meet your exact requirements our work starts back in our office. Our teams of consultants spend all their time sourcing and qualifying top performing sales professionals in your marketplace. We interview on average 60 candidates per week in our offices. We also have exclusive access to our own database of 45000 sales professionals, which has been refined over the last seven years. Over half of the jobs that we fill are with candidates from this unique source. We work in specialist teams to ensure that the consultant you work with understands the profile of candidate you are looking for. Our main division, Initiate sales recruitment has teams of consultants specialised by market sector. These consultants have a detailed understanding about the candidates in their respective vertical markets. This division is augmented by two further specialist teams; Initiate fast-track dealing with entry level telesales and telemarketing candidates; and Initiate Executive specialising in sales managers and sales directors. This strategy ensures that you get the best candidate in the shortest timescales, and means that we can deliver to your requirements without cutting corners.
