2. COMPANY RESEARCH

Each company is different; you need to know why they are different.

Read the website, read their financials over the past five years so that you can ask questions such as:

“Why have profits risen so quickly in the last two years?”

Sales managers and sales directors want to know that you have commercial awareness and an interest in business. Have questions in your mind such as:

“How do you differentiate?” or “What are your key USPs?” and “What will stop you being number one in the market?”
