My client is currently looking for an ambitious, commercially astute and determined Head of Sales to bring structure and professionalism to our expanding sales operation alongside a compliance officer you will be responsible for a change in culture and process. My client is a leading provider of financial solutions based in Manchester, all solutions are designed to improve the improve the financial circumstances of their clients clients. The sales team is currently 80 strong with a total workforce of 400 with planned expansion to throughout 2011 and beyond. Key Attributes: A natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate a competitive team of professionals in a commercial environment in order to meet revenue targets and KPIs. Business knowledge; a high level of strategic commercial awareness. Ability to analyse and review all performance information in order to identify trends, training needs and issues, driving the company forward and delivering continual improvements. Technical knowledge; sales/negotiation techniques with leads/brokers. Ability to manage and motivate in a pressurised environment. Minimum Criteria: Educated to degree level in an appropriate discipline, with a strong commercial acumen and at least 10 years' experience in a similar environment.
